How Does it Work?
Order An Inspection
Click on the Get Started link and follow our simple order process. You'll be asked for the year, make and model of the vehicle you wish to be inspected.
Schedule Your Inspection
Once an order has been placed, you'll be asked to provide details about the vehicle's location and and the contact information about the owner of the vehicle. One of OnCall's staff members will contact the vehicle's owner and schedule a time for our inspectors to visit the vehicle and perform the inspection. You do not have to worry about scheduling or contacting the inspector or owner of the vehicle.
We Perform Inspection
One of our highly trained & certified inspectors will visit the vehicle at it's location and perform a 150+ point inspection. The inspection will notate any issues or concerns with the vehicle and take a number of photographs of the vehicle for your records. The inspector will also perform a test drive of the vehicle to ensure that everything is in good working order.
Your Inspection Report
Upon completion of the inspection service, the inspector will send their finds directly over to us electronically. One of our in-house inspectors will verify the concerns and also ensure the accuracy of the report. A easy-to-understand comprehensive report will be generated and sent over to your email address.
